    2. This section of the Count On website continues the adventures of the Odd Bugs. Here the students match up cups and saucers to make sets of 10.

      The game entitled "Great Equations" found in the 3rd/4th grade section allows the students to solve open ended equations by dragging numbers into the correct place in the equation.

      This is an interactive math site where the students solve problems on common factors. If the answer is correct, the animated basketball player shoots the ball.       This site provides a lesson plan for teachers. It also provides user friendly interactive activities in which the student explores whole decimal numbers and place values. Grades 3 and up.
    2. BBC - KS2 ReviseWise - Maths
      An interactive site for upper elementary students that presents and reviews estimation strategies.  Students can read a fact sheet that gives examples of each strategy, interact with an activity, practice the skills using a printable worksheet, and take a test.  As a bonus, they can also test their estimation skills using an oral activity (requires pc speakers or headphones).
    3. Compare and Order Numbers
      This interactive site identifies grade levels as well as math topics. A wide variety of math activities are available.

      The student will select two numbers from a given collection of numbers to be rounded and then added. The activity may be timed and scored if desired. Grade level 3 and up.

      In this interactive site the students have to estimate the location of Grampy on a number line.
