      Interactive site which allows students to develop an understanding about base-10 place-value system through manipulating base-10 blocks.  This site also includes teacher lesson plans and instructions on how to use the site.

      Students in grades K-4 will recognize that numbers are used in different ways when using this interactive basketball game site.  The students will view different graphs, math fact practice, problem solving and more.
    4. Compare and Order Numbers
      This interactive site identifies grade levels as well as math topics. A wide variety of math activities are available.
    5. Cookie Dough
      This site has students read and write whole numbers. Spelling numbers words is required by the student to play the game. There isn't problem solving or open ended questions, but it provides good practice in reading and writing numbers 1 through 10,000.  Grade level 2nd and 3rd.

      Students are able to choose from a variety of options, solve a problem, and create or complete a puzzle.  This is recommended for middle-upper elementary grades.

      Interactive site which allows students to manipulate fraction bars to help develop a understanding of fractions.  This site also includes description, teacher lesson plans, guidelines and insturctions on how to use this applet.
    12. Fresh Baked Fractions
      This interactive site allows children to choose from three levels of difficulty. In the lowest level of difficulty, students need to be able to identify equivalent fractions. It is ideal for upper elementary. This is a student activity.

    14. The students compare numbers to determine greater than, less than, or equal to. Also involved are addition and subtraction facts to compare.

      This is an interactive site which requires students to compare and order numbers through prompts. The game will tell if their guess is greater than or less than the mystery number.       Students use "an elevator" to recognize, create, and extend knowledge of patterns. this is a lesson plan designed to help students explore patterns and relationships. A 100's chart is utilized to help students visualize the concept.

    2. BBC - KS2 ReviseWise - Maths
      An interactive site for upper elementary students that presents and reviews estimation strategies.  Students can read a fact sheet that gives examples of each strategy, interact with an activity, practice the skills using a printable worksheet, and take a test.  As a bonus, they can also test their estimation skills using an oral activity (requires pc speakers or headphones).
